Letter to Afghanistan

I know I said I was going to finish the cleaning today. It didn't happen. Instead I waited for a ride to a consignment sale that never came. I wrote a letter to our friends in Afghanistan. They're stationed there for six more months... and I'm always wondering what it is they are doing, but it's confidential. Ooooh. And so in the next few days I will send them a package of dried fruits, packets of drink mixes, and extra underwear. Go me!


 Since I wasn't able to be with Luke today because he was at Abuelita's again... this is what I received from Aldo via text message.
